How it works
Set it up once. After that, a good job reaches you with the proposal already written.
Step 1
Teach it who you are
Import your Upwork profile in one click: your title, rate, skills and past work. Every draft the agent writes knows who is writing it.
Step 2
Tell it what a good job looks like
Verified payment, client spend, hire rate, your rate, the countries you work with. Every posting gets a score from 0 to 100 that you can read, rule by rule.
Step 3
Let it work while you do
BidGrow watches the whole marketplace, around the clock. The jobs that fit are emailed to you within minutes of going up, and raised in your browser while it's open.
Step 4
Read the draft, then send it
Open the job and the cover letter and screening answers are waiting on the apply page, written from your profile and your template. Change what you want, then submit it yourself.
What's in it
For freelancers who bid alone and agencies who bid as a team.
Find
- Always-on watcher
- Reads every new Upwork job as it's posted, on BidGrow's servers, so nothing waits for you to open a tab.
- Email alerts
- Jobs that fit your profile and clear your rules are emailed to you, with a link straight to the apply page.
- Every score explained
- A number from 0 to 100 that opens into the rules behind it: which passed, which failed, and by how much. Fixed rules, not AI, so the same job always gets the same score.
Write
- Templates as instructions
- A template says how you write: what to lead with, what to leave out, how long to go. No blanks to fill, which is why the proposals don't read like templates.
- Screening answers
- The client's questions are answered in the same pass as the cover letter, from the same profile, in the same voice.
- Test runs before you publish
- Run a template against real jobs or samples, compare the drafts, and publish when it's right. Every save is a version you can go back to.
Learn
- Reply tracking
- BidGrow syncs the status of every proposal you send, so you see which templates get viewed, interviewed and hired — and drop the ones that don't.
Team
- Agencies and roles
- Create an organization, invite your bidders by email and give each a role. Share templates across everyone; each member bids as themselves or as the agency.
- Runs in your browser
- The extension works on the Upwork pages you already have open, signed in as you. No password to hand over, and nothing logs in to Upwork on your behalf.

Questions
What people ask before they let a tool near their Upwork account.
What is an AI agent for Upwork?
A tool that does the repetitive part of bidding for you: watching the job feed, deciding which postings are worth a proposal, and writing it. BidGrow does all three, in your own browser, and then hands the finished proposal to you to send.
How is BidGrow different from an auto-bidder?
An auto-bidder sends proposals on your behalf. BidGrow does everything up to that point and stops: it finds the job, scores it, writes the cover letter and screening answers, and opens it for you. You decide what goes out under your name, and you spend Connects only on jobs you chose.
Does BidGrow submit proposals for me?
No, never. BidGrow finds the job, grades it and fills in the draft. You read it, change what you want, and press submit yourself. There is no setting that changes this.
Do I have to give BidGrow my Upwork password?
No. The Chrome extension works in your own browser, on pages you already have open, signed in as you. BidGrow never logs in to Upwork on your behalf.
How is a job scored?
By fixed rules you can read: whether the client's payment is verified, what they have spent, how often they hire, their rating, how recently they were active, how many proposals the job already has, what it costs in Connects, and whether the rate fits yours. Every score shows which rules passed and which failed. No AI is involved in grading.
How is a proposal written?
From one of your templates. A template is a set of instructions about how you write, not a letter with blanks to fill. BidGrow combines it with your profile and the job, and writes the cover letter and the answers to the screening questions.
How much does it cost?
Free gets you 15 proposals a month. Pro is $24 a month ($19 billed yearly) for 200, Power is $49 ($39 yearly) for 600, and agencies start at $149 a month for 3 seats and 1,000 shared proposals. Watching for jobs is included in every paid plan.
Can my team share templates?
Yes. Create an organization, invite your team by email, and share templates across it. Each member can bid as themselves or as the agency, and you can see which templates get replies across everyone.
Which browsers does it work in?
The web app works in any modern browser. The extension, which reads Upwork and fills proposals, is for Chrome.
