Terms of service

These terms cover your use of BidGrow — the web app and the Chrome extension. By creating an account you agree to them.

What BidGrow does, and doesn’t

BidGrow scores Upwork jobs and drafts proposals for you to review. It never submits a proposal, sends a message or spends Connects on your behalf: you read what it wrote and you press send on Upwork. You are responsible for what you submit, and for using Upwork in line with Upwork’s own terms. BidGrow is not affiliated with or endorsed by Upwork.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself. If you create an organization, you are responsible for who you invite and the roles you give them.

Plans and payment

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel from the Billing page; you keep the plan until the end of the period you paid for. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. Usage limits for each plan are shown on the Billing page.

Acceptable use

Don’t use BidGrow to spam clients, misrepresent who you are, break the law, or try to get around plan limits or the service’s security.

Drafts are drafts

Proposals are written by an AI model and can be wrong. Read them before sending. BidGrow is provided as is, and we are not liable for lost bids, Connects or contracts.

Ending

You can stop using BidGrow at any time, and ask us to delete your account and data. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. Your data is handled as the privacy policy says.
